2. Products & Pricing
- All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.
- We strive to ensure that product images accurately represent the final product. However, slight variations in color, texture, finish, or dimensions may occur.
- Prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
3. Orders
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and order verification.
- We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
4. Custom Orders
- Custom-made products are created based on customer requirements and specifications.
- Once a custom order enters production, it cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving any designs, dimensions, or specifications before production begins.
5. Payment
- Full payment must be completed before order processing begins.
- We accept payment methods displayed during checkout.
- Orders with incomplete or failed payments will not be processed.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, production time, courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers will receive order updates whenever available.
- ES-KKI Production Hub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted only for products received damaged, defective, or incorrect.Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.To request a replacement for a damaged product, customers must provide:
- A complete, uncut unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
- Clear photos showing the damaged product.
- Claims submitted without the required uncut unboxing video and damage photos will not be eligible for replacement. Custom-made products are generally non-returnable and non-replaceable unless damaged or incorrect.
- ES-KKI Production Hub does not provide refunds. In verified cases of transit damage, defects, or incorrect products, only a replacement will be provided after successful claim verification.
8. Product Usage
- Customers are responsible for using products safely and appropriately.
- Decorative items, statues, miniatures, and collectibles should be handled with care.
- ES-KKI Production Hub shall not be liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or modifications made by the customer.
9. Intellectual Property
- All website content, product designs, images, logos, graphics, and text are the property of ES-KKI Production Hub unless otherwise stated.
- Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
ES-KKI Production Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services.
